A question that everyone asks self.. is what would succeed in the recession? Is this the right time to invest or should I hold back whatever I have? When is it going to end? Do I need to different things now to overcome this?

I am sure there would be many more questions, but to sum up my experience of this (by the way I have seen 2 recessions in my small life span) just one phrase.. “It was inevitable..” and the people who thought and believed in this.. are still doing the same things.. Others who anticipated good time always.. are now in a state of shock and its getting more and more difficult for them with every passing day.

Was recession necessary?

Sure it was! Its a process of correction.. this will probably help the strong both in terms of innovation and financial strength to be even stronger.. provided they are the risk taking type and plan correctly. I feel.. Nothing fails in recession! Reasons.. people simply do not want to start.. so chances of failure do not arise.. but in the hindsight.. I feel this recession is the least risk position for a start-up entrepreneur.. when everyone is failing… not even GM has been spared..what if you do too.. (I sincerely hope none fail).. you are going to land in elite class anyways..

Recession is a time for us to back our natural instincts.. and try to lead the pack rather than always being the follower.
